Dear reader, Neil here! I’m back with my latest instalment of real-life wedding insights, sharing a glimpse of the special days I’ve had the pleasure of capturing. Today, I’m whisking you away on a delightful journey through the lens as we delve into Demi and Elliot’s love-filled celebration.
NORFOLK BARN – A WEDDING VENUE STEEPED WITH LOVE & HISTORY
Demi and Elliot chose a venue close to their hearts – a charming old barn nestled within the embrace of Elliot’s parents’ property. This barn, once an abode for pigeons, has been transformed by the couple and their families into a truly unique space.
GOLDEN MOMENTS & PIZZA SLICES
For this wonderful couple, what mattered most was being present in every shared moment. From the golden hour shots to the shared slicing of the evening pizza by Country Box Catering – it was all about soaking in the day’s joy.
The couple envisioned a relaxed, family dinner atmosphere with long trestle tables and the comforting notion of shared platters, and that’s exactly what they delivered. As the sun dipped, they slipped away for a few moments together amidst the beautiful summer glow.
PERSONAL TOUCHES
Involving friends and family, Demi and Elliot made their day a true celebration of love. With homemade cakes and cupcakes, their nearest and dearest added a personal touch that made their day truly unique.
Joe Ringer Band, set the perfect tone for a joyous celebration to remember. As the night rolled in, the venue transformed into a party scene with disco balls, glow sticks and flowing cocktails by Globetrotter Bar!
ECO-FRIENDLY KEEPSAKES
For Demi and Elliot, their journey was not only about the celebration but also about capturing the moment. They opted for my full day, Prep to Party package (take a look here) which covers photography right from the bridal party and groom preparation, through to the first dance and beyond to capture all those crazy dance moves! Their wonderful memories were packaged in my vegan-friendly USB drives, nestled within recyclable and compostable packaging.
