Eco Friendly Wedding Photographer
As a wedding photographer it is inevitable that I use a lot of electricity editing and travel is part and parcel of my job. Although I love travelling to weddings across the UK I realise that this creates a carbon footprint. In a quest to offset this and become as eco friendly as possible I have teamed up with Carbon Neutral Britain & Trees for Life. With every wedding photography booking I take, I now plant a tree on your behalf!

WILD WEDDING GROVE
One of the best things about running your own business is being able to align it with your values and in early 2024 I was able to establish my very own grove!. By supporting the Trees for Life project the trees donated to my Wild Wedding Grove will be planted alongside other native trees and in time, will help to restore the Caledonian Forest and along with it, the wildlife there such as the red squirrel, golden eagle, pine marten, black grouse and capercaille.
The Wild Wedding Grove is a space for all the trees that we plant to grow and flourish alongside established trees. You can visit all the trees within my grove here.

As an eco-conscious wedding photographer, I don’t just want to preserve your memories, I aim to preserve our planet, too. in wedding photography there are many occasions i rely on the natural environment around me for beautiful backdrops.

I have a fully paperless set up of online contracts, forms and invoices.
Couples are encouraged to catch up with me via video calls, emails and phone calls.
I no longer offer USB’s instead couples receive high resolution digital downloads.
I have a home based office which lowers my daily travel emissions.
I use rechargeable batteries in all photography equipment.
I am also a RSPB volunteer protecting migrating birds who nest along our Norfolk coastal paths and beaches.
I have committed to Carbon Neutral Britain the UK’s Leading Carbon Offsetting Initiative.
